THE CHOICE OF MEALS IS COMPLETELY OPEN TO THE WISHES AND SUGGESTIONS OF CLIENTS

My idea: instead of proposing fixed menus and dishes, I leave the choice completely open to clients.

If you’d like a particular dish, or product, or type of cuisine, or a certain type of cooking (grilled, with a special sauce, sweet, salty, cooked slowly and for a long time, etc.), we discuss this and I’ll propose a choice of appetizers, main dishes, accompaniments, and desserts.

 

ULTRA-FRESH!!

My rule of thumb: everything is cooked from ultra-fresh products, purchased the very same day at a market or at specialized food shops.
Not a single sauce will be prepared in advance and reheated. Everything is cooked just before the meal.

 

PURCHASES

The choice is left up to the client: we could go to the market together, in which case we would decide right there, or the chef goes to the market himself and arrives with the food.

 

NO PROFIT MADE ON THE PRODUCTS

The only thing that is billed is the presentation of the cuisine and the service. The chef does not make any additional profit on the food. The food is billed at exactly the price of purchase, verified by receipts.

The client chooses the quantity: you could, for example, ask to cook more than you would need for a single meal, in which case you would have leftovers. We could, for example, bake a cake for eight people, even if there are only four of you. We could also prepare vegetables, a gratin or a roast in a much larger quantity than necessary for the meal, and the client can then reuse the dish in the following week.

 

THREE OPTIONS: you let the chef cook, you cook with the chef, or you take a cooking class.
